- What if I don’t know what size container I need?
We have five different size containers from 10-40 cubic yards. Please refer to the dimensions here, and if you are unsure, just let us know the type of job and materials you are needing the container for, and we will be happy to advise you.
- How soon can I get my container?
Most Twin Cities deliveries are same-day. If you would like to schedule ahead for a delivery date, you may set that with us as well.
- What is acceptable to put in my container?
There are two types of loads: Mixed/MSW (Trash) load, or Construction/Demolition load. Please review carefully what are acceptable or unacceptable materials for the dumpster.
- Is there a weight limit?
All loads have a maximum weight limit of 10 tons for construction demolition. Nitti Rolloff Services has the right to decline transportation of a container exceeding this limit or to charge $75 per ton over the weight limit. In pre-arranged situations, we are able to employ our Heavy Haul trucks that will carry up to 18 tons for an additional fee.
- How long can I keep my container?
Standard rental is 7 days. Rental fees may occur if the container is kept longer than 7 days.
- How soon can you pick my container up?
Please call when your container is ready for pick up. While we can usually pick up the same day, please contact us 24-48 hours for prompt service.
- Can I fill the container to the top?
All materials must be kept inside the container, not over the top. All loads must be loaded evenly and kept level. An extra charge may apply if the container cannot be hauled or if the driver has to spend extra time rearranging the load for safety reasons.
- Can I move the container?
No, please do not move the container. We will do our best to place your container in a convenient and safe space. Moving the container can cause damage to it. As a renter you are responsible for the contents of the container and any damage that occurs to our container while on your site. You may be charged for any damage to the container.
- What if my driveway or lawn is damaged?
The customer will accept full responsibility for any damages to their driveway, lawn, etc. which may result from delivery and/or pick up of a container from an agreed upon area by Nitti Rolloff Services, Inc., regardless of weather conditions.
- How do you collect payment?
We accept cash and all major credit cards (except American Express). Payment is due on delivery. Business accounts may fill out a credit application. In the event the customer fails to pay Nitti Rolloff Services all amounts due under the agreement, the customer agrees to pay, in addition to the amount due, collection fees of 30% the total amount due, accumulated interest and reasonable attorney’s fees.
